COVID-19 Policy - A Message to our Customers
As the health and well-being of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance to us here at Rosspoint, we have put new safety measures in place so that you can enjoy a safe and comfortable dining experience.
A new entrance and exit system has been implemented, with hand-sanitising stations at each. Please wait at the entrance station for a staff member to take you to your table.
Pre-booking is recommended, as our capacity has been reduced to enable us to meet the official guidelines.
Our staff have been trained and briefed in accordance with HSE and Failte Ireland Guidelines, and the Covid-19 Safety Charter has been completed.
Our staff will be wearing masks or visors and will be engaging in physical distancing. This includes our kitchen staff.
Strict hand washing and sanitising regimes have been implemented.
Regular cleaning and disinfecting has been increased in accordance with HSE guidelines.
Posters explaining official guidelines are on display in the restaurant.
Table service is in operation, with disposable menus. Condiments have been replaced with sachets.
Staff will be required to record your contact details, the amount in your group, what food and drink you order, and date and time of your arrival. These details will be kept for 6 weeks to facilitate Contact Tracing.
Please use contactless payment if possible. Payment facilities will be brought to your table.
Our tables have been positioned so they are 2 metres apart.
Please adhere to physical distancing guidelines, good hand-hygiene and respiratory etiquette.
Only one person can use the bathroom at a time.
A new take away system is now in place with signage on display outside the restaurant.
Unfortunately, our opening times may change, and we recommend that you contact us to confirm the current position.
